(VI) Sign the full contract & estimate

(VII) Meet your project manager and agree on a draw schedule

(VIII) Let BYLT begin to rebuild your property

(IX) Supplements and change orders will be discussed & completed

(X) Sign your certificate of satisfaction to begin your 5 year workmanship warranty
